I wanted to update from 1 star to 4 star. Support was quick to try help resolve my issue but in the end, they offered a reimbursememt and laid out the steps nicely and ordely on how to do.
Hopeless. I just paid for full version. Now getting network error. This app is a junk. Either provide a refund or solve the issue.
cant download dead app
As others have pointed out, the app is now dead and you cannot unblock it. Emails to support are returned with "address not found".
Paid to upgrade to the full version but the upgrade is not working. I've now asked for the refund. Very disappointing
Downloads are not working, so unlocks and language packs are not working. Will you fix it or is this app dead?
